Welcome to Carpe Diem! We have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs for a comfortable stay. The house is equipped with 6 bedrooms which include 5 masters and a fun bunk room.  The house comfortably sleeps 16. As you walk in the home you will notice the beautiful lakeview from inside the home. We had first pick of lots in this community and has the optimum lakeview from inside and outside the home.  Our three houses in Chateau Mountain North were customized so we could have 2 main level masters and an amazing full rec room upstairs.  Main level deck is amazing with plenty of seating, propane grill, and 7 person hot tub. Living area has fireplace and big screen TV. Plenty of dining seating for the whole group with a oversized window and bar to take in the awesome lakeview. You will be in awe of the upper level with vaulated ceilings and a wall of windows to take in the breathtaking view.  The upper level has a pool table, 86" big screen TV, and a multicade. Plenty of parking out front and close to community amenities. Bedroom layouts are as follows:

Main Level - 2 king Master Suites with attached bathrooms.  This level also has a half bathroom

Upper Level - 1 King Master Suite with attached bathroom.  Jack and Jill Bathroom in between a bedroom with 2 queens and a bedroom with 1 King.  1 custom built full over queen bunk that kids and adults will love.  This level also has a full bathroom right outside the bunk room.

Community has indoor/outdoor pool, kiddie pool, playground, pickleball and basketball court.
